What has been checked
Controlled tests in the actual native desktop interface covered HourReserve allowance entry and time approval, and a RefMatch PO-only update with a fresh verification read. Saved results remained available afterwards.
Use the Online Dashboard in a desktop browser. RefMatch customer PO updates are currently disabled; its review and saved-result instructions remain available. The guides explain administrator access and the separate update permission.
Keep the original reference
If a response is interrupted, check the saved result before making a replacement request. The guides explain which review ID or allowance request key to keep.
